1) 유효한 대한민국 여권 소지자
2) 체류의 주목적이 취업이나 연수가 아니라 관광인 자
3) 비자(체류허가증(residence permit)) 신청 시 연령이 만 18세 이상 30세 이하인 자
4) 체류기간 동안 부양가족을 동반하지 않는 자
5) 네덜란드 워킹홀리데이 비자를 발급받은 적이 없는 자
6) 왕복항공권을 소지한 자 혹은 왕복항공권을 구매하기에 충분한 금액을 보유하고 이를 증명할 수 있는 자
7) 네덜란드 초기 체류기간 동안 필요한 경비를 소지한 자
8) 건강상태가 양호하며, 네덜란드 체류 중 의료보험 가입에 동의한 자
4. 네덜란드 워킹홀리데이 비자 주요 특징
1) 평생 1회에 한해 발급 가능
2) 네덜란드 입국 후 비자 유효기간 동안 입출국이 자유로운 복수 비자

1단계 : Pre-registration 이메일 신청 (SEO-WHP@minbuza.nl)
신청방법 : 2023년 10월 10일(화) 오전 9시부터 대사관 지정 이메일로 아래 내용 송부(선착순)
이메일 내용
1. name : SURNAME, First name (example : HONG, Gildong)
2. passport number : your passport must be valid for more than 1 year
3. date of birth : year - MONTH - date (example : 1995-APR-01)
2단계 : 일련번호(Serial number)가 기재된 승인 이메일(Pre-Registration Letter) 수신
3단계 : 승인 이메일 수신일 기준(약 90일 이내) 네덜란드 도착후 네덜란드 출입국 이민청에 거주허가 신청
이후 단계는 네덜란드 출입국 이민청(IND) 워킹홀리데이 안내에서 'The residence permit' 참고
